What I say to the male clients is don’t worry about the scales go by the notches in your belt. For the female clients, you go by dress size. The measurement all trainers go by is body fat. E.G I have come down for 27% to 16% My goal is 10-12%. I have added 2 notches to my belt. I’m on the right track . I look forward to hearing from you and helping you achieve your goals.
