Fat Burning

Fat Burning---this is used to be called weight loss. The way it works is that when you turn fat into muscle, muscle is 3 times as dense as fat.  So you are actually going to drop bodyfat and increase muscle .

star jumps 3x30
squat thrusts 3x30
crunches 3x30


The last exercise you are down in press up position and cycling your legs as hard as you can for 3 sets of 1 minute. In between each exercise you are running  up and down the aerobics floor or outside for a minute.
This is a programme I have developed based on old fashioned exercises.
I have lost 20kg's since Xmas of 2005. My personal target is a flat stomach this year and next year going for a six pack. Not bad for a 48 year old!.

What I say to the male clients is don’t worry about the scales go by the notches in your belt. For the female clients, you go by dress size. The measurement all trainers go by is body fat.

E.G I have come down for 27% to 16% My goal is 10-12%. I have added 2 notches to my belt. I’m on the right track .
