I have developed specific programmes to help women achieve their goals. Only about 1% want to train to compete.

I encourage Pregnant women to train through out the 9 month period. It helps to keep you motivated.  The human body is a smart piece of equipment. Through muscle memory it won’t take you long to get back into shape once you have had you baby.

I believe in making the workouts a fun experience. I’m always early to my appointments. I’m big on customer service.
